I wrote an article about this game because I'm really lame.

This isn't a review, more of an accounted experience. There are probably a shit ton of things I left out, if only because I legitimately don't remember them.

Well, just because he pulled off his helmet to say his final goodbye to Six
doesn't really *mean* that he left it off when he set off the bomb.
Plus, Jorge essentially pulled a Master Chief. Except Master Chief didn't make it through the slipspace back home while Jorge went into the slipspace. He'll probably get an arc and a shitload of fanfiction in a while.
that said, definitely the best Halo game. Forge has me hooked (I'm making a faithful rendition of TF2's 2fort in Forgeworld; every other map has some sort of catch to it that keeps them from being a complete remake, such as the maps being TFC-based or have TFC-elements in them), Invasion is incredibly fun (and I'm looking into making Invasion maps), and the Campaign was definitely the best in the series. I am thoroughly enjoying this game so much~
My biggest complaint on this game is that they pulled a Call of Duty with the multiplayer maps and lazily ripped them from the campaign for the most part. It makes me wonder why the firefight maps aren't allowed as normal multiplayer maps honestly. I mean I like most of the maps, but a change in scenery would have been nice. I guess that's what DLC is for.
Hopefully there'll be a new forgeworld in the DLC with a space theme or something. I was really hoping I'd get to do some outer space forging, but Zealot's space pocket is way too small.
I actually like this game and when Matt buys a new xbox and gives me his old one I plan on getting it.

your name has an entirely new meaning to me because of this game btw
speaking of Kat, it's hilarious to see that almost half of the screenshots that fall into the first page of Most Downloaded happen to be pics of Kat's ass
I mean
seriously

They actually made the maps first, then put them into campaign. It was the Firefight maps they just ripped from the campaign. That said, the maps do kinda suck, and end up being standoffs often, which is terrible.
The game is pretty fun though. Arena was cool until Bungie ruined it today, so that's kind of a let down. Elite Slayer is a lot of fun especially.
I'd love to play Elite Slayer without sticky nades. Its usually fun to play, but when you get noobs who's sole goal in the match is to make it into a grenade orgy it gets annoying. That mostly happens in Big Team matches though.
I do like how you can search for custom stuff ingame now. I've found a bunch of cool stuff including remakes of some older maps. Someone actually remade a very good Headlong which gave my friends and I some good games.
