If you said you were too busy to take part; no one would think any less of you - and it would definitely be true in your case.

I have most of it done, but can't get to a scanner or anything. If I try taking a picture of it. It comes out choppy and crappy since I have a really old camera. Hopefully the scanner at the college will be free this week so I can send it.

Hi, I don't think you understand how busy my schedule is almost all of the time.

Whatever the problem may be, if I don't have a gift from you by 7 p.m EST (that's in two hours) then you won't be partaking in Secret Santa, and from the looks of it, Secret Santa is going to be incredible this year.

If you can just get a WIP in, you'll be fine. You can send in the finished product to the person later!

Like, seriously. Just relax about it and finish the things you need to get done. There will still be halloweens and xmases in the future; you don't /have/ to be in this one.
