kirby's air ride is drastically different from mario kart if you played the uh
the mode where you and friends ride around in a city place for some time collecting power-ups then do a mini-game??
i forgot its name and had to pause for a sec to remember that that was one mode among others you can choose because it's the only one i ever played
true there, but I never played that mode so much.
It would have been much better if they included more then 1 city map, to be honest.

People were saying that even without the copy ability being a main asset, Kirby can still have good games.
I think this game looks promising and it's nice to see Nintendo do something stylish and new. I hope this game has good music though 'cause the trailer makes me wonder...
I'd also like to add that out of all the games that didn't have legit copy abilities, this one has the most fun looking alternate ways of attacking. I wonder how it all ties together!
The core of the series was taking your opponent's body/ power and using it as a weapon. That's what you are doing in this game. Not their power, but their bodies atleast.

exactly, using your whip to pick up enemies and throw them is the same as inhaling them and spitting them out, so it's not like this is a drastic departure from the rest of the series
It seams to be a spin on the traditional Kirby games, but that's not to say folks won't be yarning for the old playstyle. Maybe those visiting this thread will see that.

The kind of game that does that without making it seem like you are doing that.

so anyways, what's this game supposed to feature aside from whip physics?
