I'm re-designing him with the idea that he was re-built, to be stronger and all that.
It seems more efficient to have a different design.

That's why after after beating 7 castles, Bowser makes a big castle for Mario so he'll have more time to prepare.
Or something like that.

even if you're trying to do a rebuilt version, it would still help to make it look more like smithy than it currently does

as far as i read, smithy is more of a magical-mechanical entity rathe rthan a robot, to say something. it is made of metal, but it doesnt need mechanism at all to function.

more or less like an empowered golem. and yours looks more like a generic enemy from megaman x.
