When I first entered the forum this morning, there was nothing. After sending my lil sis to the school (along with my mother), I come back to the forums and find a hat... latched onto my face! Man, was I surprised. I thought someone had hacked me, but no. The others got it too.
It's nice and all, but maybe we should be allowed the option of either wearing it or not. Not saying that it's horrible, though.
Other than that, it's totally sweet!

Well I figure if you want the red 'n green theme without the hat, you can just scroll to the bottom of the page and change the theme to Afresh Holiday, or one of the other themes. Tongue

but...afresh holiday is what causes the hats

they don't bother me but I wish there was some way to customize where they're placed

Oh, I just checked and it looks like he changed both Holiday as well as the Default themes. Nevermind then heh.

The "default theme" is not an actual theme. It just points to one of the real themes. The administration can choose one of the themes to be the "default" theme and will be used for everyone who didn't change the settings. So if your settings say "default theme", you will now be using the holiday theme, not just one that looks the same. Nerd

Wow, I actually had to change the theme to get this, simply refreshing (even refreshing and purging the cache) didn't work. Oh well Cute

The snow was a bit distracting, so yeah kind of cleaner with that gone. I think it would be cool if we had a bunch of options though, so that we could toggle snow, hats, and as StarSock suggested change the position of hats (preferably our own).

Anyway it's cool to see all the red and green again, I remember this is how it was when I first arrived. A tad nostalgic Frosty!
