The image still can't be seen and this place doesn't accepts edited sprites turned into fanmade characters anyways.

Jet the Hawk is an official character, actually.
But regardless, these sprites (once you figure out how to post them) should be posted in the Spriting and Pixel Art section for critique before you try and submit them.

The Spriting and Pixel Art section is
here. You can find it under "Creative Zone" on the forum index page.
As for an image hosting website, I use Photobucket, which can be found
here. You'll have to make an account, but the service is free, and pretty straightforward.
The sprite needs a LOT of work, I'd recommend that you have a mod move it to Spriting and Pixel Art for some critique before you post in this section.
Did this for you. The problem is that you have the image tags around a link to a imageshack preview page, not the direct link to the image.
As you can see, it's just mostly big blobs of green slapped onto an official sprite and given a beak.

did that... i need to get better, but i have no inspiration or guides, every guide i follow, i screw it up (BIG time)...
