Awesome work, man, I'm really glad that you're doing this.
I'm a big fan of the Zelda games, especially OoT and MM, and I've been looking forward to someone ripping the models for ages, so I had to register to thank you.
I have a few suggestions/ideas too.

Well most of the items are 2d so its not surprising that he hasn't ripped many of them for this. That said, those bombchues would be cool to see.
Although some of the items are just 2d when used (Bombs, I think, and projectiles), when you first get them, for Link's "item get" pose, there's a higher poly representation of each item that spins above him. If my memory serves, there are even 3d models like this for items like quivers and bomb bags.
Here's what I mean:
I think these models also appear in shops when you take a closer look at items they have for sale. Also, when you get a heart piece, or container, I think there are models for those.
Although they're not the models Link actually USES, they'd still be cool to see, especially as they're of a higher quality than the ones Link uses in game. For example, if you make Link take a drink of Lon Lon Milk, the glass bottle he uses is very low poly, but, when you get Lon Lon Milk from Talon, you see this: (Granted, low poly by today's standards, but still cool, and much more detailed than the model he uses to drink from.)
Something else that'd be cool to see up close are the people from the market town, as you never get to see them that well in game. The girl that chases the cuccoo, for example, and the bombchu game lady. I know the people in the market will be very low poly (Especially those groups of people at the stalls, they even animate in big clumps!), but they'd still be cool to see up close.
'Can't wait to see more!
