Seriously, use mediafire.com, megaupload.com, rapidshare.com, or something with a download that doesn't require you to have an account on the site already. I honestly can't see why you could have an issue uploading to any of those.
is filefront cool? you don't need to register but I just want to be sure
Yeah that should be fine if you wan to use it.

I remember there being chain-chomps in Link's Awakening.
Actually...
Probably one of my favorite easter eggs in any game. Too bad you can't normally find it ingame.
Is that from Star Fox?
wow that is impressive, i've got to get a copy of this game. Which Link is that BTW? Young Link, Adult Link,? I don't have internet on my own computer and am usieng my mom's HP for downloading and uploading and use my own for the 3d model workings...my comps in cooldown for now,
Yeah that's from Star Fox. Unfortunately you can only see it with an action replay or gameshark since it isn't normally there. Still, its hilarious to see Link fighting that.

In case you want to know, Valforwing, that is Young Link. As for getting yourself a copy of the game, have you ever considered downloading it off the Wii Shop channel?
i think valforwing was refering to the link model i just posted
I might just buy the gamecube masterpiece zelda game and save me the trouble of hunting down a nintendo 64. I'll see you guys sometime later tomorrow with the results of the newest model, I've got work in the morning.
Awesome Alec thanks for the model of Link!
Here he is all fixed into an unanimated pose:
You know I never really realized how much more detail was added to OoT Link later on in Smash Bros. Melee until I looked at this model. =P
Edit: I almost forgot, I was disappointed a bit to see it was resized to 256x256 instead of 512x512, I was comparing the original textures with the combined 256x256 version and they appear to be smaller in the 256x256 version than they were originally before they were combined. If you still have your 1024/512 version I'd appreciate a 512 version personally. =)
the Link on the bottom is an actual model? i thought it was just a graphic of Link, Melee really outdid themselves.
i'm going to upload the x wing model next!!!
also the "lasers"

Its the promotional art, but its still a good representation of the design that actually ended up being used which is why he showed it. You won't be seeing Link actually running around in that quality though until Nintendo decides to do an high definition console unfortunately. That's not to say in any way that the Melee models were bad though at all.
@alecpike
Sounds great, as I said a few posts ago, I really do love that cameo.
I can't wait to see the Arwing, I could'nt find one in the Star Fox section, Hope fully someone will rip playayble models from the SSB series as well, though i bet Mr. Game and Watch has some special type of model since his animation is flat.
Agreeably Alec the UV map didn't look quite write. I rotated the UV of the grey body of the arwing and it appears to look more natural to me.
No need to put this one in an unanimated pose as it's a solid object. =P
Anyway I think this is how it should be, good rip!
Here's my attempt at fixing the UV to look more natural.
Thanks for going back to 512 textures!
Great Job! I did'nt expect it to be this detailed.
