you dont need CFW to enjoy the psp.
no friend i dont have PSP . but very soon i will buy it.

but it's a nice thing to have
my friend is a weird pirate; he has CFW installed on his PSP but he refuses to put ISOs on there; he only uses it for emulation (it's the second best thing to buying a dedicated handheld if not better, since full PSX compatibility) which really isn't a bad idea
You could even buy a separate, small memory stick just for your emulation and other cool homebrew stuff to fight off those impulses of piracy (actually I have one stick for PSP games and the other just for emulation)

I wasn't denying that it's a good thing to have. It's just not a "mandatory" thing to have, ya know?

PSP games are cheap.
I know. The price for MGS: Peace Walker is like so so little pirating it would just be being a dick.
