hello!
this piece is rather stilted but there's something i like about it!
watch out on using too much dithering, but also pillowshading (like on the shirt). the anatomy really isn't right, i'll elaborate soon!

Ouch! >.< -Gah! Pixel art butched! XD-
Yes I know, physically is wrong (but that was the intention XD)
but ... I'll try to improve it to the next

if this ain't for improvement, then i don't really see much point in posting it. there are places dedicated to showcasing your stuff
(besides i don't see why you cant work on this and fix those horrible anatomy issues and THE HUGE abuse of the line tool)

haku posted this on deviantart too, and i guessed he wanted to showcase this here too, but as mr cifuentes pointed out, it isn't the point of this board.
anyway here's the edit i promised:
i tried to keep the proportions the same as on your original without it looking completely unnatural either, i hope it gives you ideas on how to change or improve the current version of your sprite!

I did not say that did not improve her, I said that the next time when i show her, she will be corrected. XD
@Fuchikoma: Explain me about THE HUGE abuse of the line tool O.O
@Cris2balls n @Gors,Gors: In fact she look more humane, but is also fatter >.<
For reference, this is the drawing that I relied:

I'm sorry, but if that's your definition of fat, you are seriously fucked up.
oh would you look at that she's got room for a ribcage and some internal organs what a heifer

Her neck is too long and I'm assuming all her organs migrated to her tits because her torso looks unatural. If it means anything, her shirt shows that she isn't wearing a bra but her boobs say that she is, it looks like you could literally snap her in half because all that is there is a spine, you are suffering from long neck which is too long and skinny, her boobs are too close together for being so large, the eyes are too big for the rest of the facial features, her head and neck make her look like a bobble head, with how detailed the hair is I feel as if the pants are underdetailed.

your hair shading ability is amazing buddy but for real
she looks like a stick with clothes draping on it and a human head
also your mixture of anime and realism features is really screwing up my brain matter
her eyes are GIGANTIC which would be okay if we were dealing with anime style here but you made them realistic so it looks like she has some sort of skull deformity going on
also another note dithering is HORRIBLE. your dithering is fine, you do it well, but in general, dithering makes a piece looks so fucking static it feels like a statue
dithering should only be used for blending colors in iffy spots, and should be used subtly
i know a lot of the "greats" use dithering as a main gimmick to their styles, but they really are clueless, and i guarantee you and piece that looks good with dithering would, a majority of the time, look better without it. if you are not working on a color limit here then there is not reason to use dithering except for texture. make some proper midtones to blend your colors
on the subject of colors, your colors could also use some work. generic saturated lime green, generic saturated blue etc. try using some more subtle colors (i hate that i used subtle twice in this post...). also i'm not one to question peoples design choices but a plain t-shirt and jeans is kind of ... mad generic
i would also liek to point out i'm not baggin on your shit, your coloring is very nice and refined and i'm jealous of your hair shading ability, but a lot of your general anatomy and design could use work

I do like this, it has a certain charm that I find find appealing to it, but as the others have said, she is an anorexic twig, put some meat on them bones, it won't hurt her, and they need to be smaller, and as Chad has said, I really like the hair.
