I'm trying to help my uncle find this old cartoon he used to watch.

His description:
The main character is a skeleton (whether in costume or a real skeleton, he can't remember) with a cape and a scepter. The word "Phantasm" comes to his mind for some reason.

I showed him an image of Tom Guycott, but he doesn't recognize him.

Help?

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe?

That sounds exactly like Skeletor to me.

Well, he was a kid when he watched it and he said it was black and white, so. Was He-Man in the 50's/60's?

Besides, I think he's a semi-fan of He-Man.

Maybe he knows at least what channel it was on? You could probably figure out what studio it was from that information.

well it was martial law at the time (it was an "old cartoon" in his time), so television was censored.
He says it was just one or two channels. And ALL shows were cartoons.
