Sorry to barge in on the topic, being a newbie and all, but I was just wondering if it was alright if I show you guys some designs I made? (does it matter that i'm new)
You see, I saw this topic as a guest, and that inspired me to make some, and I want to see if they are any good by asking on here. Is it OK?

I wasn't sure if there was some kind of template you needed to follow, so I just drew a shirt template. Just let me know if they need to be a certain size

I'm a bit of a lurker here, but I think this would be the right time to finally post something.


Based on the old Blues Brothers GameBoy game, and uses green, dark green, black, white, and gray.

So, is it good?

As far as being sell-able on a shirt, no.
Nobody outside of tSR would get the reference.
These are supposed to be sell-able to everyone.

Yeah, in retrospect that probably wasn't the best choice. I'll avoid obscure references next time.

don't save it as JPEG. if you're using photobucket, save them as PNG and then upload them to it.

A WIP of a Stocking design.

Exactly 5 colors plus transparency, so it can work on any color shirt. I wanted to give her a skin color, but that would require the shirt to be white.
What else could I add to it? I want to put like "Anarchy Stocking" or something in a cool font, but I'm out of ideas.

I made a red, green, and yellow version of it also.

Where abouts would that design go? Like, just stuck in the middle? Bottom right?

Also, VS, that's awesome and all but it's pixelart that'll be blown up - you'd want it vector, right?

I've got some ideas that I want to do, but before I do them I want a bit of feedback since I won't have time to start them until later this week (at best ;~; ). All ideas are terrible and subject to change.

Idea 1: Phases of a Final Boss
Concept: In no particular order, non-descript, stylized images representing cliche final boss concepts
Imagery: Text (in parentheses are notes, not actually included).
-Text on top stating "Phases of a Final Boss"
-"Megalomaniac Pretty-boy" (See Sephiroth, that guy from Skies of Arcadia, Kuja)
-"Blistering Alien Heart" (See Red Falcon from Contra, the Womb in Splatterhouse)
-"Earth-eating Anti-Angel" (See Kefka, Sephiroth)
-"Lovecraftian Nightmare" (See Exdeath)
-"Space Flea" (See Yu Yevon)
-"UFO" (See Dr. Wily)
-"Really, Really Big" (See Bowser)
-"Super Giant Robot" (See Dr. Wily, Porky)

Idea 2: An image of Kefka (either a sprite with reduced colors or a drawn image) with the word "LOL" under him.

Idea 3: A black and white drawing of various down-on-their-luck villains (characters who always fight and lose in games) having drinks at a bar. Villains like Dr. Wily, Bowser, Ganon, etc.

Idea 4: Porky Pig Parody
Concept: Porky Minch reaching out of the Looney Tunes logo holding the last Needle.
Text: "Spankety, spankety, spankety, that's all LOSER!"

Idea 5:
Just need the colors reduced.
