No idea - I get it as well... It's very annoying.

Go to your User Control Panel, and then to "Edit Options". Then, set "Default Thread Subscription Mode:" to "Do not subscribe".
My PM Inbox looks empty despite telling me I have 6 messages total.

Did I miss something?
It doesn't work, RTB.
I'll look into all the issues... fucking... forum upgrades.

Huh... Well, it worked for me. Very Sad

...Oh, and the "Users Viewing This Thread" up at the top is broken -- it doesn't display any names.
Is thier any possibility of us going back to the old skin until we can get this one fixed?
Never mind, RTB. I figured it out. I just wasn't looking through my entire CP.
what in the fucking hell happened here

did somebody hack the forums or something because this is pretty bad
How respectful.

No, the forums have been upgraded and the skin is generally the last thing to be finished, being polish and all. Give it some time for Raz, Dazz and company to make the fixes. Just make do and don't harass them about the skin.
You already can change your skin anyways.
Just go to your CP and check Your Profile --> Edit Options --> Other Options (Bottom right) Board Style --> TSR Default.
Wasn't so difficult.
if upgrading breaks the entire forum then you need a different forum system. imo.
The Spriters Resource webserver is pretty specialised as the kind of traffic that's driven through that one site is larger than many sites get in a year, The fact that the upgrade breaks it doesn't prove the forum system is wrong just that the update wasn't well thought out. That's not the problem of the system or the server.

Was this planned? Not that I'm complaining or anything. It's fine if titles become something one must earn first if they're no longer available right off the bat.
