Nope, Togepi is from the 1st Generation (which has all been ripped already), and was given a second evolution, Togetic, in the 2nd Generation. PMD1 has every Pokemon up to the 3rd Generation. But it's cool.

Well actually Togepi is from the 2nd gen, though I think people assume it's from the first gen because it was the first Johto Pokemon to be discovered, I think. Well, it was in the anime

Wait really? I... didn't know that... no wonder it wasn't in Pokemon Stadium 1 or R/B/Y... Oh my gosh I just read it on Wikipedia... Ack, I thought Togepi was already ripped!! Oh great. T_T Sorry A.J. thanks for pointing that out... I'll fix it soon...

Yeesh, it took me 4 days to rip one background. Well I've been kinda busy, so.

EDIT: Oh poofy face, I forgot to add the U.S.A. Arena that I posted in the fighting game project thread to my own thread. In first post now. Lesson learned.
