Whoa, good job! But honestly, there are some parts that need improvement (sorry if I couldn't say it before, I was on a hurry). For example:

Running animation: I think you should make the arms a bit more straight (like the SMW one, so it looks like he's running very fast). Also, gluing the walking legs in a different position doesn't make it good, too. Look the last running frame: Mario looks skinny as hell. You need to make his size constant.

Swimming animation: The way Mario bends the leg is impossible: you must make it more aerodinamic (check the SMW swimming animation for a good ref.) Also, his body could be bending a bit (maybe 1 px) to make it move a bit. Swimming with your body staying still is impossible

And you didn't fix his butt in the ground pound but yeah, I can wait

To be honest I don't see a thing wrong with the walking, it looks great animated an in-game, so I'll probably leave that be. The swimming isn't nearly finished, I haven't even started it actually, that's just wading. I'm probably gonna turn to SMG or some other game and check out how Mario swims.

As for the ground pound...we'll see. :]

once your done with mario can i use him for a game?,super mario bros 3 remake!(or just super mario bros 1 or 2 remake idk gotta decide)

Not a fan of Boo-Mario's tongue, but the rest is awesome.

I agree with Ton. Plus, I don't think Boo Mario looks that angry.

Umm, I don't really see how I could make him any angrier unless I effed with the eyes, and I don't want to make them unreadable.

Also thanks Ton, and I'll work on the tounge I guess.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Boo Mario has an angry expression on his face.

He looks angry to me, it's just the tongue/mouth that make him look weird, I think.
