There's a cheat code to play as Shao Kahn, but it's either MK3 or UMK3. I can't remember which one though

A MK2 hack that allows you to play as Shao Kahn and Kintaro for the GEN version. There's also a SNES version but I'm not sure about the unlocked characters

Played MK2 since a long time and discovered that you just have to duck and use your uppercut if you're playing on very easy. Only Shang Tsung will not fall for this, you have to be 100% perfect with your uppercut or he will grab and throw you.

And yeah, I failed at him.

This fails against Kintaro too, but yeah. I used to do that too when I was a kid

Yeah, there are a lot of recolors in MK2.

I'm pretty sure it's complete. There's no kick for Kintaro in the SNES version, just like Goro has no kick in the SNES version of MK. Also, the first punch on the 5th row is used for Shang Tsung's Kintaro morph fatality.
