These are rips from the Dreamcast game Jet Set Radio (Jet Grind Radio in the US)
The first thing I've ripped are all of the character emblems you see on the menu.

I do know an icon is required, but I have no way of making one. If someone could make one or show me a free icon maker, I'd appreciate it.
