Nah, just the English ones. Whatever Magma Dragoon thinks is fine too.

It is unnecessary, not to mention we would have to do the same for all other versions.

Also, does this mean we should copy everything from the PSX version over to the Saturn version, and get rid of the Saturn exclusive stuff from PSX and put it Saturn's?

If there's exclusive stuff for a game that is exactly the same, I usually just put the exclusives in that file. For instance, FF Tactics vs FF Tactics; War of the Lions, or Symphony of the Night.
