I want to submit some custom sprites but I cant find the download section and the icon maker, can you please help?

Here's Barubary's Icon Maker. There's no downloads section so don't worry about it. Also, just in case you don't know, be sure to upload your sheets to an image hosting site like this one rather than an attachment. And one more thing, you have to post your sprites in Sprite Discussion before submitting them. Welcome to TSR BTW!
