I just need someone to smoothen out the "C" and and "S" letters, as they are giving me a hard time. I want them to look paintbrushed/graffitied style, so not perfect, normal, letters. The "T", "A", and "I" are examples of how I want them to look like.

You said you wanted it smoothed out right? I'm crappy at every form of art except pixel so I don't know how to make the look you're going for, sorry.
