Eraser tool
first color is the color you want to change, second color is what you are going to change it to
hold Ctrl and the + key on the numpad to increase its size
then just right click and scribble over everything until everything's been recolored
rinse repeat until you've fixed your colors
not hard at all, people look down on it here because it's so simple
(it's still really useful to fix colors on sprites, though!!)

hey i'm sorry dude it doesn't really work it just colors everything that secondary color not just the color i want to erase, is it my version of ms paint or something?

hey I knew that method and use it to recolor my sprites, but know I can't do that any more! I was recoloring a gold studs oot link sprite to be blue then I took a break and did red link and when I whent back to recoloring blue link I couldn't use this method any more! please help me.

if by some reason you're recoloring a model or a prerendered graphic that uses a buttload of colors, I reccomend using a specific image editing program, such as Photoshop or maybe even Graphics Gale.

Try using selection on the sprite and move it around a bit, then using the eraser method of recoloring sprites. It works for me. Of course, it depends on what program you use. Do you use MS Paint?
