You know, about the arms. The should stick out to it's front and at the ends the should be cloth hanging down, kinda. By what I mean... it should go straight forward and at some point it should suddenly go straight downward.
Also, the left (its left) Arm looks weird.
Fix up some parts of the outline, it looks sketchy.
Also the colours need to be duller.
But it's a good start.

Ok, I left out the back spikes or whatever they are out, because it was making the sprite look bad, so judge without the spikes, And I fixed a lot,

Ehh... I liked it better with the spikes, 'cuz now it looks like a baby Yoshi ghost...
Haha, that's really awesome. It might look flatter if you got rid of the highlights on the nose, but idk , looks really nice either way. :>
