So, since the host of this competition is banned, what the hell are we supposed to do with TUGS now? Anyone got any ideas?

We can wait untill he's unbanned, which is now~

Is whatever happened seriously going to affect TUGS, because I'm NOT going to spend my free time spriting an entry only to have shit get cancelled.

No, it's still on. Even if TSR disappeared I'd make sure it carried on. :B

Well, if you want to know who the judges for TUGS are, they are the B.O.B., big brother, st0ven and Jeremy. So they'll also be judging our duel.

There is gonna be a story behind it. It goes like this: Leo wanted Virgo to marry him to be his queen, but due to his aggressive nature towards her and his demand for power, she did not marry him. From his rage of being embarrassed in front of all those who adored him, he went off to seek power to destroy everyone. Blah blah, long journey. He eventually finds a jewel that when pushed against the heart of anybody, their true meaning will come true. In this case, Leo wanted more power. Thus, Leo turned into the Lion beast that you see before you(explaining the jewel that is on his chest). I literally just came up with this so it's still a bit eh.

EDIT: Oh snap..thank you for notifying me of that Chris! I almost forgot about that! By aquatic, can they be dueling in an underwater environment or something? Not everything has to be aquatic right?(Like the Lion being more aquatic, etc.)
