Yeah, I'd like an honest opinion please.
I'm not a huge fan of Harry Potter, and I know most of the people who watched it are huge fans, and fucking obsess over it, much like the Twilight fans.
As just a normal movie-watcher, would I enjoy it?

Far as harry potter goes, the books are much better compared to the movies that are based on them.
edit:then again, the series did start dying after the 3rd book

What he said. ^^^^
It's a piece of shit and I'm pretty disappointed by that. I really tried to keep an interest through out all the movies.

K good, that means I don't have to waste $12 to see what people are talking about.
Also I never really liked the story, don't know if it's any different from the books, but I read some of those too and didn't like it.
Guess I'll see it when my friend forces me to on DVD, thanks guys.

Yeah, I didn't understand that part AT ALL in the third movie. Why the fuck did Hermione not keep that thing to save Dumbledore, Sirius and all the people who died or why did the Ministry of Magic not take one of their 10 000 Time-Turners to stop Voldemort before they killed Harry's parents? That was a HUUUGE plothole. The story would have been better without it at all. ffff Whatever...
Saw Toy Story 3 last night...
It was such an amazing movie! I had a smile on my face from the start to the end :]
I also had high expectations and was not disapointed at all
I really should have watched it when it came out but my friends are the kind of people who think only children can watch animated movies(and going to see a movie alone is not fun at all :< )

Haha, my friend thought that about Up.
I was like "You will thank me, just trust me and watch the damn movie"
He came with me to the theatres
and at the end he said, "I'm so glad you made me come here".
Also I'd like some opinions.
2001, Space Odyssey
Abyss
The Beach
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
Squid and the Whale
Ghost World
The Fountain
Howl
This is a list of movies people have been telling me to see (and movies I'd like to see), anyone have suggestions which I should see first?

2001 and Fountain are awesome. Fountain has an amazing soundtrack.

some of those might just be in the movie.
the time thingamajig is just a big mistake. imo time should never have come into this. that's why they were all smashed in the 5th book.
in the book, neville only is made a "hero" in That One Last Part.

I've been meaning to watch The Fountain recently. I wanted to see it when it first came out, but didn't really have the means and now its apparently on netflix streaming, but I'm just so bad at watching movies

Just watached Harry Potter 7 part 1. I'm not gonna lie, I enjoyed it. Maybe because Harry Potter dominated a part of my childhood? I wasn't blown away by any means, but it wasn't bad. I'm hoping part 2 has a little more "oomph" in it I guess?
