Yea I just tested and it appears to work fine now. That's neat! Looks like things have changed over the years. Now, the problem only occurs when working with different design files and switching around, but people rarely do that I think.

Not sure why I'm adding to this but hey, why not?
Although it's kinda redundant seeing as I use Windows 7's wallpaper shuffling thing which changes wallpapers randomly to anyone of the 510 files in the designated folder. Ooh, wow, didn't realise I had that many. Cool.

Got a better background and did some updating and stuff. It's not as empty now.

And don't murder me kiti.
Edit: The funny thing about my background image is that it's almost twice the size of my screen maybe a bit more.
