not really interesting, the washed out colors and predictable stuff makes this pretty bland.
for a start, try increasing the colors' saturations and contrast, and then add more variety to the same kind of tiles.

Make a bigger mockup too, so that you can see the tiles' effect on a larger scale.

Any better? I realy need tips on how to improve the chest.

OK, you overshot it a bit, now that's too saturated.
You're going to want to get some better colors for that tileset, try playing arround with hue shifting, and check out some of the tutorials in the Dictionary.
Like Chris2Balls said, try to make it bigger as well, unless the project this tileset is intended for can't allow that. Look at other 16x16 tilesets like this, and try to get a better understanding for grassland color.

Looked at some final fantasy, pokemon fire red and minecraft.
I also edited the chest and it looks much better now.
The mock-up isn't that bigger, but i want some more elements before i make any bigger.
Also a bandit for some Beat-em up

I think the brown needs to be lighter so that the signposts' words are more noticeable
you're making good changes so far

Fixed the signs and added some hills

the hills look like a passage; it isn't conveying depth. You basically need to make the sides darker and the front clearer so the sense of depth can be seen in the pic.

I think it worked.
EDIT:A custom/ edited anti tank which i made for my advance wars fangame.

Could you tell me more about this, please?
Also: focus on one thing at a time. Let's keep it to the tiles for now.
I'm making an edit of your tileset to show you what I think can improved on, I'll update this post later.

That is an anti-tank unit (as mentioned earlier) which as the name immplies is strong against tank units or any other vhehicle for that matter.
It only exists in Advance Wars: Days of Ruin, but this sprite is in Advance Wars: Dual Strike style.
My fangame uses Dual Strike sprites as all the COs (Commanding Officers) from Advance Wars 1, 2 and Dual strike are playable.
It also uses Dual Strike sprites beacuse there were units in Dual Strike which got Removed in Days of Ruin.
Why do you ask?
EDIT: Forgot to mention that it's the only long-range unit which can counter direct-fire.

That looks very cartoon-ish, which fits with the slime so i'll give it a go.
