I was making icons for Pokemon Typing Adventure and came across this dude. I haven't played the game and I don't intend to any time soon, but the character art is great.

Was going through PMD again and decided to make a gif of this scene. Too lazy to add the thunder though.

Characters with bad eyesight need more love (those thick frame glasses tho)
