slightly regret getting black ds, I'd rather have a red one x:
But it's not something I'm gonna lose much sleep over. I don't really regret buying the 3ds at all, so far! I mean, I admit there's a wacking great one 3DS game I actually wanted (OoT, mostly for master quest, since I never had it on GC), but I'd been meaning to get a DS for ages so I'm gettin' plenty of usage from it anyway.
yo i can't wait to get the ps vita it looks pimp

how HIGH do you even have to BE
So, Star Fox 64 3D... is anyone seriously going to spend $40 when they can just get the VC version for $10?
At least with Ocarina 3D you know they tried to make it worth your $40(Even though it was still more $30ish even after the new features)
Yes
i'm going to pick it up as soon as I get off work (I preordered it)

It depends on your tastes really. 10 bucks for a challenging game with dated visuals or 40 bucks for an easier game with revamped presentation, a save system added (not sure on this -- it's what been rumored so far), and two ways to play that the game tailors it's challenges to.
Yeah with the gyro controls, you won't have the same expected enemy placements and situations as in the original version. The game changes when you turn on gyro controls so you'll know something is different if you were or are still an active Star Fox 64 player.
EDIT - Added quote since I got ninja'd <.<

Yes, updated visuals, multiplayer with really rad features, new controls, I think I will. No I know I will.

I would.
not because of new features or anything but it's at least worth it to get a console game you loved as a child on the go.
So far the 3DS has very little to interest me (though Luigi's Mansion 2 and all the rest of the "coming soon-ish" stuff looks good). Even at the current price so far the best games are just N64 remakes. Yeah that's great for people who haven't played them or for people who just had to own a 3DS and now need something to play - but as a reason to buy one? No way.
Specially as Star Fox for some stupid reason has no damn online, which is one of the stupidest decisions ever.

considering they're 2 of the most legendary n64 games ON A PORTABLE SYSTEM, with updated graphics
yes there's no reason to not get them
i played starfox64 3d on my friends 3ds yesterday. sexyyyyyyyy

wait how
as far as I am concerned Star Fox 64 3D has a ton more changes to the original game than OoT 3D (completely remade graphics, remade voice work, new multiplayer mode) so I really don't get where you're coming from

Here is an example of posting about a subject without researching it first.
i think star fox 64 3d's updated features will get old really fast
the visuals will look improved, yeah, and the multiplayer mode will be decent (assuming you have anyone else to play with locally since there's no online), but otherwise the game is pretty much the same - the only real benefit is that it's portable, which is nice, but idk if that would be enough for me
plus they changed the voices - they got some people trying really hard to copy the originals and imo it sounds really lame and forced. i guess they had no choice since the original's weren't really high quality, but from what i've heard of the new ones they're kind of unnatural in comparison
