Thanks Tigerlily!
Please check this sheet, you put my name as "co-author", but the sheet wasn't updated.
I'm glad you like Heroes of Might and Magic II too, I didn't play it that much (I jumped from i to III), but its sprites are great sources for spriters (Even me, I'm doing my very first custom spritesheet, using HoMM2 as source).
One last thing, wouldn't be better to change the section name/icon from "Heroes of Migh & Magic 2" to "Heroes of Might and Magic II"? See the game box.
edit: the corrected icon is in the submissions post

It’s a great joy for me to post these spritesheets. As you can notice, I’m a hardcore fan of “Heroes of Might and Magic” (HoMM) series, with is a spin-off of “Might and Magic” (MM) series. I personally don’t like this MM games (to be honest, I don’t like any game with first-person view), but these three games I’m ripping has the same graphics of HoMM3.
More than 10 later its releasing, Heroes III still was many fans. Many mods were made and the idea is to turn this game into a “open source” like MUGEN and OpenBOR. The most famous projects are In The Wake of Gods (WOG), VCMI and Horn of the Abyss (HOTA). In these modifications, new creatures and new castles are an important feature. It’s common to see cheap pallete variations and odd combinations, between the best custom creatures, we find the adaptations from MM (VI, VII and VII) which were designed like Heroes 3 units (same artists, same softwares). Many people uses Warcraft and Civilization as source, these games have great graphics, but sometimes they don’t fit with Heroes original units.
Well, I hope these submissions make these graphics even more accessible, for the good of all Heroes fans.
(OK, thanks for the fairy tale, now stop the lesson and give us the sprites!!!)
Might and Magic VIII: Day of the Destroyer (PC - 2000)

Thanks ant19831983 and Adriano. About MUGEN, the problem about Might and Magic rips (including Heroes series), is that there aren't "jumps", with requires some adaptations for usage in fighting games.
-----------------------------------------
Heroes of Might and Magic 3
Heroes (updates):
Heroes - battle
Heroes - adventure
Boat
Inferno Units *worst faction of the game, I hate demons (in everthing)...
-----------------------------------------
I post the sheets with the aspect found in the game, with transparence and shadow. I want to post the sheets in original aspect also, as I extract them (image bellow), for anyone who wants to edit them.
How can I call these sheets? “Raw spritesheets”, “Pink/Blue spritesheets”??? I'm using the first option up to now...

Another great update. Similar to Killer Instinct & Donkey Kong Country... Using 3D model as sprites I mean
By the way. Just call me Ant. Them numbers on the end is just the year I was born... repeated, twice (You've probably figured that out by now)

I know, I put the numbers just to avoid "Ant and". It's wierd, "ant and"...
Indeed these games uses "3D sprites", even "Heroes of Might and Magic IV" surprisingly uses sprites too.

Are you ripping from that game, too

Not now buddy, unfortunely...
I don't know programing and just use extracting programs made by others. For the Might and Magic games, I use great tools made by Sergey Rozhenko (aka GrayFace).
There aren't good tools for Heroes IV yet, so I'll wait to rip it later (so I won't have to rip again when the appropriate tools are released).
And what do you think about the "raw spritesheets"?
