And with transparent background or not ?

Yeah, that looks good. It can be transparent or have a solid color, your choice, as long as it doesn't blend in with the sheet content's colors. It's also a good idea to copy and paste the "Direct Link" link of your sheets (if you see what I mean) so it'll take you right to the sheet and not ImageShack.
