Yeah a few of the edges are a bit flat but I like the design.

I want to point out for those who don't know that it's not necessarily original per say (I kind of hinted that in the title if there's anyone who has seen or read anything busy town).

Anyways, I like the sprite in general, although the shading could use a bit of work, and the dithering isn't really needed

Got rid of most of the dithering, ended up cleaning the AA around the mouth, reduced the colors to 13 and made adjusted the palate a tad.

That single line of dithering bothers me. Can't just you just remove it and make the shading a bit smoother?
Also, the eyes doesn't really fit in with the rest of the outlining. It kind of l-

Anyways, The eye are fine as they are. I'm not trying to rub off the advice but I don't feel that thickening it like the res of it will do any justice for the piece as a whole. I think I know what I am doing with the outline but thanks.

I actually like the more desaturated colors better. Maybe not that desaturated, but it makes it look more old and classic.

probably not desaturated enough but I did make a few tweaks and some areas.
also two colors added to the palate, noticeable on the collar and feathers.
