Are the wings on the Quetzalcoatl one unfinished or like that for style reasons?

style. they're translucent atm but its sort of hard to tell because white background.

Honestly I like these a lot. The cell shading to them really gives you a sense of something from Megaman Battle Network 4+ or Digimon DS overworld sprites. The proportions also look really good like that. Great job!

D'oh you mean there are no rowboats? Oh yeah those are coming out nicely too.
