Here's the files You will need. Or use my tutorial to use the files from Your disk.
Tools
Use if You plan to rip from Your own disk.
Puyo Tools
Use if You plan to follow this tutorial.
Brres viewer
Noesis
This pack contains a few models such as Zelda, Link and some other things.
ObjectsPack
These contain most of the models in the game. !!Warning!! Large files.
P.S I call these stages only because they where in the main stage folder.
Stages 1
Stages 2
Stages 3
Stages 4
Stages 5
Stages 6
Stages 7
Stages 8
Stages 9
Stages 10
Optional
Use if You want the .dae to load in 3d modeling programs with textures already applied.
Notepad++
Decompressing the files
If You want to use the files from Your disk, use Puyo Tools to decompress the Stage directory.
How to use Puyo Tools.
1. Open Puyo tools and Click Compression>Decompress>Select Directory. Now select the Stage folder that should be saved on Your Computer and press OK. In the window that pops up, click Yes.
2. Now in the new window. Make sure the two options at the top have a check mark. Then press Decompress. All done.
Models convention tutorial
1. Open Brres viewer. Go to File> Open Files. Now open any of the files You downloaded. .arc and .arc.LZ should work just fine. After the file loads in Brres viewer You can go File>Export All Files. Change texture to png. Choose if You want to separate the files by type and if You want to Create one folder for each Brres file. And then save as a .psk or .md5.
2. Now You can close Brres viewer and Open Noesis. Once in Noesis go to File>Open File and find Your .psk or .md5. After that go to File>Export. Choose the Main output file type, the additional texture output. Set Flip UV so that the textures show up correctly in a 3D modeling program. Then press OK.
3. Now You can open the model in any 3D modeling program You want.
Optional. If You export a .dae, You can open it in Notepad++.
Look for a section that looks something like this:
Code Wrote:<library_images>
<image id="Image">
<init_from>./Rupee.0</init_from>
</image>
</library_images>
In this case remove the ./ and add .png after Rupee.0. Doe that will make the textures be applied in modeling programs.
Next search for:
Code Wrote:<shininess>
<float>0</float>
</shininess>
Change the 0 to 50. This may show up a few times. It depends on how many textures are on the model. Doing this will remove the bright white color from the model in at least Blender.
That's all the steps.

Do the shield models you posted come with their upgraded versions?

Batreaux doesn't have a sheild. He uses his powers as his sheild to protect himself while hes an alien demon from attacks.

Yes, they do. There's three textures for one model. And the Alpha channel makes the shield look different by hiding parts.

Hes both, a demon and an alien. He has slime in body when hes a demon. Hes been the evil boss on other non-zelda games.

but I'm almost certain he's only been in Skyward sword. I'm not sure how the accuracy of Zelda wiki is, but it say's his first appearance is Skyward sword...

Certainly i think the aliens wiki has that article called batreaux here:
http://aliens.wikia.com/wiki/Batreaux
Thats where the article tells you about his first appearence.

Dude that's fandom.
He's an original Zelda character. Quite frankly, I'm not even going to ask why you believe that, no offense.
