By the way, are you sure the animation cycle for the girl with the palm leaf is correct? Or is it more than one animation?

It's more than one animation, I believe.

I can spot three possible animations, but two of them are way too choppy. Additionally, their frames are duplicates from the third fluid animation cycle, so I just deleted them.

I've also deleted mirrored duplicates and cut down more blank space:
