Cool, sounds good then Gaia.
Last sprite before today ends. I used to be intimidated by the concept of spriting 3D cards after my experience with Neo Discovery Forretress, but after today's Magnemite, I feel more comfortable with it. So on that note:
Trash Exchange
First Trainer Card too! First Gym Heroes card too! Cute little Zubat too! What an awesome card.
Awesome stuff in here. One thing I think would be worth mentioning, though, is that every 8x8 tile can only have 4 different colors. For instance...

The highlighted areas have five colors. I also took a look at your Pupitar, and most of the tiles broke this rule. This wouldn't be an issue if this was going into a new engine or something, but there's no way this would work on a Gameboy, emulated or otherwise.
And if you want to get even more technical, I think every card can only have 2 4-color palettes, which means tiles can't use colors from both palettes unless it's part of the palette already... I think.
Anyway, I worked on something similar a far while back- this neat-o Shiny Registeel.

Conveniently, this breaks every rule defined above, and then some. I even scanned and traced over the actual card which probably isn't too kosher. I might dick around with it later.
Heracross
I'll try to sprite some more.
Edit:
Gardevoir δ
First Delta card.

Oooohhhhh myyyyy gooooood this can't be truuuueeee. Well this is unfortunate. I guess that's why certain cards in GB2 have "colouring out of the lines"... like Nidorina.
I had always dismissed those kinds of things as mistakes... but I guess it was them adhering to the rule.
Ah man... I'm going to see what I can do. Could you tell me how to divided up the Magnemite sprite into the tiles? Was it through some special method or just done manually? Awesome Registeel by the way!
Those are some really great sprites Yo-Yo Boy! Especially the Gardevoir. Now your EX Delta Species symbol can be put to use.

The transparent color still adds to your color count.

Manually.

The art goes outside the border, but if this hack goes far enough I'm sure getting the game to display a few extra tiles won't be much of a problem.
Here's the full-color version as well:
Man, that is awesome. At first I wasn't sure about those cards whose art goes beyond the frame, but I guess you're right. Some extra coding would make it possible. The area on the main duel screen where the active cards are displayed would have to be extended a bit. For shining Pokemon, I think I'm just going to add a * to the names instead. The symbol on Bulbapedia has weird transparency, and not all computers can display stars. I think I'll end up making an "expansion" symbol for it though.
Edit: Or not... most cards with "special" names can just be done with a normal text character. I'll keep it like that.
Whaaat? Shit, I'm gonna have to look this over. I just got Evee colored, I just need it detailed; but with new light being shed on this style..
This presents a problem. The origional card has more than one set of colors (two different shades of grey, many shades of brown, plus extra). The reason why I haven't started on Evee itself is because of this law, which I noticed on GB1 Charmander myself.
With that said, I think the style rules need to be updated on the first post of this topic.. Plus, what about the characters that inhabit the games themselves? Doing so with only pokemon will take forever, as new cards come along, so I think there should be a limit (I.E. Up to X Expansion Pack) for the romhack itself.
Gaia: Yeah, I'm going to copy-paste the stuff Domobot posted into the OP. I'll get around to fixing my sprites later so they adhere to the first rule. And on the topic of how many expansions should be done... at first I was only thinking of the Gym+Neo expansions along with promos. But that obviously isn't happening now, ha ha. Which isn't a bad thing! I guess we should just keep spriting and once major coding begins (if it ever does...) we can deal with the issue then.
With that said, I didn't want to leave Yo-Yo Boy's Gardevoir by itself, so...
Beedrill δ
Beedrill is awesome. Your Trapinch is awesome too Yo-Yo Boy.
That looks great. I did like how they excecuted the side-plot with the delta species' own characters.
When coding is possible, it should be something like this if the delta species can be used in a future hack:
"Whoa! One day I was tinkering with my deck, but my Feraligator set looks diffrent now.. as if the deck's been exposed to the element of lightning and morphed.."
What about that movie mew card? Will the hack's plot center around that? (I happen to own said card)
Probably my last sprite for today. Phew! Lots of new ones in one day! This is good.
Aggron
Hm, Gaia, like I said a few days back, right now I'm not really thinking about a story line... although, what you've presented is pretty good. I think that the main objective when making the romhack should be adding in the new cards, and then once that's done or well underway, we can begin to think about a story line.
Edit: ehhh, I drank some Dr Pepper and now I can't fall asleep. So I did Fossil Ditto, because it was scrapped and replaced in GB1 and GB2.
Ditto
I claim shiny Regirock from Ex legend makers.
You can have your Regirock, Skarmory's all I need.
