I've come up with a solution for the 8x8 tile 4 color limit problems.
I'll use my Regirock as an example.
If we hack the game so that it has 2 layers for each card we can put the second layer upon the first layer to make it possible for a 8x8 tile to have 5 colours or even 7, and we don't need to have those pallete restrictions where the 8x8 tiles only utilises 2 palletes.
