I love this Zubat card.
Zubat
Edit: Can I get you guys and girls' input again? I remembered I actually have that card, so I took a look at it and made a more accurate colour palette. However, this revised one uses seven colours, while the original uses only six, and I kind of want to start minimising the size of my palettes. But which one looks better?
Revised one:
Also, I'm hosting these on TinyPic for the time being until the ones in Photobucket get actualised. Photobucket takes a while to really change a picture if one is deleted then another file with the same name is uploaded. Usually takes about twelve hours to a day I think.
Edit:
Brock's Zubat (Rare)
I like the Zubat line almost as much as I like the Klink line.
Edit 2:
Brock's Zubat (Common)

I like the revised one more, but if you want a minimalistic pallete you should use the first one.

Mmm, I prefer the original actually, it matches Zubat's color scheme better.
Also, to get Photobucket to display the updated images, view the image itself (by following the direct link, or when you view it in PB), and THEN, hold CTRL and hit F5. That is a hard refresh and that refreshes your image even if it has the same filename as before.

But zubat is much darker on the card.

Yeah, I decided I'll stick with the revised one for the time being because it matches the actual card's colours better, but I'll toy around with shrinking the palette later.
Also, thanks a ton for that bit of advice Jetters! You've made this a LOT easier.

@Yo-Yo: I haven't seen the card, I was just going by Zubat in general. But it's just my opinion anyway. Also because the revised one has less contrast in the shading than the original, so it's harder to see.
@Star: Glad I could help! I learned that from someone else who submits sheets from Photobucket (Joshr691 is his name, submits amazing Pokemon customs), so I figured why not pass it on.

Just to let you know, I'm still working on this.
The reason I haven't made any sprites lately is that I'm busy playing around with hex editors.

Sure, it's no problem. I stayed up far into the night yesterday looking into hacking utilities for GBC, and did find some for replacing sprites (Tile Layer Pro), but I also messed around with my hex editor seeing if I could edit cards in the way of attacks and create new cards. I can change card text buuut that's not enough obviously.
Anyway, I did this one for my friend who's obsessed with Growlithe, but I'm not adding it to the OP yet because it's only been released in a Japanese deck so far.
Growlithe (Reshiram EX Battle Strength Deck)
Here's a five colour version. The sky being changed from blue to orange was also done in GB1's Ponyta I think.
