Hello, I'd like to know if someone could make me two sprites in this style:

(With a bit more shading if possible)
I need one of a man (Gray sleeveless shirt, brown pants, black shoes, brown hair) and another one of a woman. (Same clothes, but has blonde hair instead)
The size limit is 32x32.
