Does this look right? I feel like his shoulder is in a weird spot.

Those lines are not any better. In fact they are pretty close to being utterly dreadful :/
They arn't anti-aliased yet, if that is what you mean. Also, the mouth is a WIP. If you mean the whole thing;
What it was.

What it is.

It still needs work, but I am trying.
Anti-aliasing is no fix for flawed lines. It can help neaten some awkward shapes, but if your lines are bad to begin with, AA won't help. The shape of the head looks very wonky, the mouth is just awful, the eyes are totally out of alignment with each other, etc. The arm is the only bit that's even slightly passable, and the shading on that ruins it utterly.
Can other people make illustrations, like in Pokemon cards? Because I'd like to help out
The eyes do look rather strange now that you mention it, but what is wronge with the head?

I wan't going to initially, but so many people have suggested it that I suppose it could work. You can, I'll post a base card, just please don't do any of the people that I mentioned in my other post. Smile
The head is just plain not smooth. At the top left, because you go into a straight line of pixels for a while, it removes the illusion of a consistent curve. At the top right, your curve is slightly too steep, making it look like there's a slight bulge. At the bottom right, you have both of those issues combined. The base is like it's trying to be a straight line and curved at the same time, making it look very wobbly. Make it a consist faint curve, like a squashed U shape.
Will do, Hoeloe, thanks for the feedback Smile

Here is a base, Perseus, just please don't fill in the elements or card numbers (the numbers will inevitably get mixed up that way) and also please keep the font the same. I will eventually post an element chart, but until then, please leave them blank. Sponge, you can help as well if you still want to. Smile
Thanks for offering to help! Smile

How's this? I just am focusing on the head right now.

Well, I'm afraid that I didn't get anything else done, I worked on the eye again, but had zero luck and just scrapped it. That's all for now, guys.

The head is better, but still awkward in the bottom right corner. You need to think about the shape you want. Here, it seems you're just trying to draw without knowing what you're looking for. I recommend blocking it out roughly first, then neatening those lines afterwards.
I think I fixed the thing you were talking about at the bottom, and the head is the shape that I want it to be (Bullet-shaped), but the eyes are giving me a lot of trouble.

I think this could help you:

Thanks, Chris!
I think that I've got the eyes down now, I think that I just need to smooth them out. Smile

Here we go. Smile

I figured I'd give this a shot, since I have some free time. Feel free to use it if you want.
(I didn't use the pallette, sorry.)
That is beautiful Baegal! I may try to make mine sometime...
