Last expansion on enemy sprites, I really need to finish the engine before I bother making any more. These I just got a big laugh out of though.

I bet I would understand those sprites better if I played Team Fortress 2, which I don't.

Basically it's these characters. I figured they'd be fun to do, and a lot of others on tsr play it or are aware of it.

I'm getting back into doing graphics for this, the gameplay engine needs a lot of reworking though because I don't like it, so I'll probably start that part over. Here's the stuff I've been doing, most of which I already posted in the Love thread:

This looks suitably epic.

Wow, I didn't see that coming! Great to see some love for Bistro

Noticed just now you called Bistro a mouse!
Common mistake, but he's a cheese-chuckin' rat, not a mouse.

@Traffic Controller Ornstein: I actually do that for a living, I wish my sign said that sometimes :<

You know what... that gives me an idea.
At this time I don't think I will provide any more graphics updates. Really the graphics are just spliced Earthbound/Mother series sprites anyway. If you're a really observant fan you can probably point out most of the graphics used. What I really want to start working on now is gameplay mechanics, and I am thinking about rebuilding them from the bottom up (as if I got very far in them anyway).
There are going to be other enemies and bosses other than what I've already posted, but most of them are going to be kept secret from now on, as the rest are part of the sort of end-game aspect of the story. I probably will post other graphics though, namely anything related to tSR members I haven't made sprites for. Not everyone is a fightable character though; some will be NPCs, some will be playable, for example.
One thing I should settle on before I resume gameplay is whether I should try to stick to my original vision and make the battles some sort of pseudo-RPG action based battle, or make it more of a traditional turn-based RPG battle? I like the idea of the former better because of the fact that I can build it slightly easier in the software that I use (Multimedia Fusion 2), but I am sure you can build a turn-based RPG in it, I'd just need more practice and learning and thus it would take longer (as if I have a set deadline on this as it is...).
Any thoughts on this from anyone who keeps track of this thread and/or actually WANTS to play this game ever?

I would personally shoot for a turn based RPG, but it does sound more difficult.
Only thing is, how would the Pseudo turn based thing work exactly? It would look odd to have the enemies be completely static if it wasn't completely turn based
