I don't like the black on the side of the face and the crotch kinda looks like a jock is being worn.
Otherwise it's cool.

the black is part of the style.
i actually wanted to use black for a lot more of the left side, especially the pants, but i wasn't sure how to get it looking... not weird.

I think you should make his arm black. It looks kinda weird when his left part of the face is all black but his arm (which is further) isn't.

His head looks too big and a little bit misshapen compared to the rest of the body. try shortening is a bit, and sketching out how the head should look (bald) and the apply the hair, the hair looks funny on his head :/

i did do that. i have a habit with making heads large and bodies... not as large

Looks amazing, but imo, needs a bit of the clour you used on the further arm on the further side of the face. At the mo, the head seems 2D when its not.
But yeah; fantastic job.
