Ah, okay.
Before I upload these, though, a few things should be fixed. I'm not allowed to accept .TGA textures, so they should be converted to .PNG instead. Be careful on how you go about converting them, as not all programs that can convert .TGAs will keep the alpha channel. This also means changing the texture paths in the .DAE files, which you can do with any text editor (such as Notepad++).
(See this post for instructions if you need them.) Lastly, only a couple of the models have .DAEs and .SMDs. These models are acceptable as is, but I'm sure people would like having .DAEs for all of them.

Well the unused alice animation pack is ~40mb so i'm guessing 30mb
Yeah, 30 MB is the max. I'm hoping to get Dazz or someone to change that, though. It's fine for sprites, but not models!

I forgot about the textures. I'm also working on fixing all the models to include DAEs too. I should be finished with that soon.

is the unused alice model from another game? maybe from an older game?
alot of my buddies in MMD have the unused Alice model but with alot of other costumes.
It's not that uncommon for a game to have unused models, even earlier designs for characters. As far as the costumes go, I wouldn't be surprised at all if people made custom outfits for the model.
The unused Alice is pretty much a higher quality version of the model from the first game.
Maybe that's why it seems familiar.

Yep. I found that out when I bought the DLC for the game.
I'll have all the models updated tomorrow along with a couple new ones tomorrow. Right now i'm working on something else.
i thought it was odd that it was an unused character model
more or less it's data scraps from the game engine similar to how crisis core models ended up in dissidia or how models from the upcomeing Kingdom Hearts game ended up in Birth By Sleep Final Mix
The Unused Alice was going to be the main model, but the later on changed it to the more Realistic Alice. Alice actually went through several different concepts before they decided on the one you see now. Somewhere in the game files there is also a Mermaid Alice that was cut from the game. I haven't found it yet, but i'll upload it when I do.
Anyway, I updated all of the models except for the first one and the pickups and I added the Hattress DLC model.

And even though sounds can be split and models can't, it's still an annoying limitation that gets exceeded often.
