I still have no idea what to call her and was just tinkering around. Any C+C?

It might be just me being stupid (or tired), but it seems a little hard to read around the torso. Other than that, looks good.

Although to accentuate the fact it's a "she" , you could let the hair overlap (so maybe try a version where the hood goes behind).
