...Your Vegeta sheet says it's from Super Butouden 3 and I just replaced Belial's rip by mistake.

I've put it back, but please try to make sure it has the correct game on it in the future.

Just looked through all Butouden sheets and this one is the only character which needs some ripping with vSNES to separate the SFX.

Should we put him as Perfect Cell to match DBZ3? Or is he just Cell in this one?

He's still technically Perfect Cell, but there is no Imperfect Cell in SB2 so it doesn't need a distinguisher. Goku in SB3 was Super Saiyan, but we still just called him Goku instead of SS Goku because regular Goku wasn't in that one, unlike SB1. I think just Cell works in this case.
