Here is my first sheet, of Koopas, with dance like in New Super Mario Bros Wii.

These need some work, moved to Spriting & Pixel Art so you can get some critique on them.

These will turn out pretty good if you take everyone's advice here. Listen carefully and don't be offended, we're only trying to help.

these do look quite legit, if they afully custom. in wich case i would be quite impressed(though it certainly needs a lot of work on optimizing the palette into a less saturated, more eye-friendly set of colors.)

I think I've seen those sprites somewhere before. Maybe MFGG?

Try to differentiate them more.

I submit it to Mfgg I don't check if them put it.

The palette just kind of blends together. Try bumping up the contrast a bit to make the colors stand out more. You'll also want to anti-alias" a bit more, the outline stands out way to much. You can accomplish this by adding some darker shades closer to the outline, but avoid pillow shading!
