there's thing here that I should probably clean up (mostly getting rid of some details) but I like how this is coming so far
Charging up the shot, it'll cause some hella kickback. It's 6 frames as is, but I might add more so charge up isn't instantaneous, of course if that isn't a problem.
Once it reaches max charging, it loops between the last two frames until you fire a shot, or jump in which the shot will be retained if possible, otherwise it'd just cancel.
EDIT: What do you guys think so far? Going to start on the kickback.

Roll attack (Folward Kick)
Ignore the AA in half of the frames. Assuming rotation is done within the engine, only 1 frame will suffice and only 1 is going to be on the sheet. The rotation is merely for demonstration.
Game Maker is a bully when it comes to rotating images angles other than multiples of 90.
Air Defend and Duck Defend, just to cross them off the checklist.

i get this feeling like he doesn't have the slightest clue what he's doing.
He's just sort of a shell or skin, so he doesn't have a brain, which means this fits him quite well.

Midnight Moe is an attack which transforms you into a girl, or if your character allready is a girl she will be transformed into another girl.
Sweet. Now I have an excuse to make a Princess Princess cameo (Neko's twin sister).

How exactly does this work? I assume it's some sort of status effect, but what exactly does it do?
