what should be the "theme"? because if its "movie serial killers" there is plenty to choose from, and plenty ways to execute them.

My intended support would be a Mage using runes to affect the user of the one who used the support (Health Regeneration, increased defense/attack, etc.)

SUPER sorry for not doing anything for my striker in a good goddamn while. However, I have now given Gene his entrance/exit animation (I'm too lazy to give him separate animations)!
Here's entrance, stance, whipping, and exit (keep in mind, this IS a rough animation, so I can very much change things around). This is just to give a general idea of how his striker attack will work.
Now, all I should have to do is separate the whip frames from Gene and put this all on a sheet.

Isn't Jason's head too small compared to the Freddy one? Also, maybe you can place a transitional frame between them and make Jason's attack more powerful (more charge frames perhaps?)

For one of his specials, Baegal burns with desire, passionately scorching the enemy~
I'll be jumping around to random attacks, as that's the only way to keep me motivated.
A couple notes:
-The special lasts up to 3 seconds. Afterwards, as punishment for the attack being kept out too long, the move stops and the player becomes burned (switches to the burned sprite, which I'm assuming is just an attack cancelling "hit" sprite, not a status condition).
-The move doesn't send the opponent flying, but keeps them trapped while dealing damage (think Fire Flower in SSBB), which is why the max time is 3 seconds.
-I will make a transition between idle and the move at a later time.
Also, how do the specials work? Will it be a result of a combo, or is it a specific button only useable with an energy gage? I'm a n00b when it comes to fighting games :U
