Wow, that's very nice! However I noticed a couple things:
Firstly you left a .BIN file inside the "heart" folder? I think that should be removed.
Secondly I also noticed you have 8 .BMP files in the "splat" folder along with the main strip. Is this necessary? I ask because .BMPs don't preserve transparency, and are very large in size, so if there wasn't any certain reason you wanted to keep them, it might be better to remove them.
Everything else looks great though, so once you answer these questions for me I'll be glad to upload them.
Ah crap, lol i totally forgot that the emulator leaves a bkram.bin. I'll remove those right away and get those splat sprites converted. Dont upload it yet, I'll repost a new link and let you know.
...Oh, but there doesn't seem to be a section for Bug Too!, so I'll need you to grab a screenshot of the game in action so I can make a game icon.

One more thing, what category would I put this stuff under? Seeing how the playable character, items and etc. are all together, it makes it a bit strange...

Maybe a "General Rip" category? I've seen some of the sonic sprites like that.
