as many games as sonic has been in...how much has the mesh changed between games? it looks like everyone is ripping sonic over and over again left and right.
most of them look the same to me.

It changes quite alot in the latest games just compare for example sonic from the olympics with the sonic and sega all stars racing model, they arent the same. Sonic Unleashed 360/Colors/Generations use the same model with some minor changes while in the other hand is that Wii version of Unleashed uses a different model along with the ps2 version.

Well I was going to skip the characters that are also in sonic and sega all stars racing since I am going to rip models from that game too. I can get them from superstars tennis if you really want.

You would think that his model would change little to none at all in between games but since every game is different they probably need a different mesh to support the needs for that game along with the system for that the game.

perhaps it's just because all i ever see ripped out of sonic games is just sonic himself....rarely any stages or stage elements

I was going to just fix the texture paths myself, but then I realized there was a bigger problem.
Her rigging seems unstable. Her eyes and pupils are floating up into her forehead, and as soon as I touch the model, her right hand distorts. Disabling the bones shows that her model was turned around and one of her arms is simply a copy of the other. I'm guessing you tried modifying the model? Either way, I can't accept it in this current state.
