I would guess no, there's still too many problems.
Just stick to the spriting and pixelart section and get some critique on those and make some improvements.

Moved to S&PA. Just keep trying. You'll get better, trust me.

ok, what are obvious problems b-sides shading?

poor concept, linework being bland, poor choice of colors. there is basically nothing remarkable about this, even when the goal isnt anywhere near making a fine piece of art, there is basically nothing particulary relevant about it.
